Russian chain stitch

I made one of these in black and pink color - combo and gave it to my friend. That was the first of the Russian chain stitch that I attempted to make. The following day, she called me for two custom orders! Apparently, her co - workers saw the handmade "bling" on her wrist and admired it. Here's the green colorway that her co - worker custom ordered.

Peridot colored bracelet and earring set

This is a piece I made for my colleague. I used all sterling silver findings, hooks, and connectors. the green bead is very pretty - my picture does not do any justice to it. I also made a pair of earrings that go with the piece. tfr!

Lisa's Pink Bracelet

This bracelet was custom made for Lisa's mom. She wanted to have something made for her mom's birthday along with her other pink gifts for her. Once again, I was glad to make this project for her. I am positive her mom will like this piece not only because it's pretty but also because she's very thoughtful. tfr!

flower dangles

This earring and bracelet set is made for Lisa J.
She bought the pair of earrings and asked me to make a bracelet that would go with this pair of earrings that she likes a lot. I then went and found some beads that will go with the earrings.
The set is made with Czech glass beads that I think are pressed. They are flower beads in different sizes and colors. I used a sterling plated for its metals.
I am so glad that she liked the set when I showed it to her.

Colleen's Bracelet

Here's another custom made bracelet and earring set that my df and colleague asked me to do. It took me a couple of weeks to find the rings for the project but once I've laid my eyes on these rings, I did not take any chances. I thought that maybe I could make my own rings using PMC but that's another story. I am interested in that, too. I need to concentrate on one thing right now and that's to make my customers happy! I'd like to thank my df and a couple others who made the same orders as soon as they saw this set!

Email me or leave a comment if you want the set also. I made three of these so far. tfr!

Bead Crochet Bracelet

I am bidding this pretty bracelet goodbye. It's always nice to know that what I took time creating is also enjoyed by another person. This time, it's Barb who "hearts" my creation. Thank you, Barb for stimulating the economy. *wink

This bracelet is made using 11/0s miyuki glass beads (of black diamond, pink and clear colors) and some clear fringe beads also from miyuki. I strung them using guttermann top stitching/button thread then crocheted with love and care. The result is amazing! I have to admit that this piece is my most popular in 2008. Several custom made orders we made for this specific color combinations.

Please don't take a shower with this bracelet or don't wet it since it will sag. The weight of the beads on cotton thread does the trick. Again, I guarantee your satisfaction as long as I know you took proper care of the piece.

Stay Happy!

Pink/Purple bracelets

Here are some of the bracelets I made for my colleague, Lisa. I enjoyed stringing these drop beads using power pro. The dainty pink drop beads are just so girly, I can imagine the the little flower blooms in the spring. I also added some crystal AB glass drop beads to the bracelets and not to forget those freshwater pearls and other round beads to complement the pinks.

The purple bracelets are so similar as the pink bracelets except, of course, with it's color. I love playing with colors. I am sure she is going to love these! Now, I just have to make matching earring with the bracelets and I they will be off to go...

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Lisa for patronizing my small business! You inspire me to keep beading...

yesterday, today, and tomorrow

This is a yesterday, today, and tomorrow piece that I put together to remind me that I cannot dwell so much on yesterday since it's already gone. All I can do is reminisce the sweet memories I made and the people I shared it with. . . Today is where I have to focus all my energy...and the tomorrow is as grand as I want it to be.. hence the cascading crystal on this pretty little dangles. They are made of the finest ~ swarovski crystals and sterling silver. Enjoy!
I sold some of these already, they're a hit for stocking stuffers.

tubular crochet ~ choker and earring set

Here's my take on the mauve/black diamond/crystal order that Lorraine made last month. I strung a pattern of different colors and kinds of seed beads. I use the miyukis since they look so uniform and perfect for this project. I also used the German made top stitching thread to crochet the beads together to make this elegant piece. I did not want to put all my hard work in vain so I used the sterling silver findings to finish off my set. I am looking forward to make my own findings in the near future...

This necklace will be a Christmas gift for her daughter. I hope that she will love this for I love creating this set of jewelry.

Rainbow Peyote

The following pictures are taken when I finished this rainbow mix of 8/0 triangle miyuki. The beads are color-lined and looks like they're in a bubble! This is my first attempt to using triangle glass beads using a special beading thread that is not elastic. I am so used to making peyote band or bracelet using elastoma by bead smith or elasticity by beadalon. I like to use the best materials in the market because I believe that my clientele, or whoever is destined to use my pieces deserves only the best.

I hope you liked this one as much as the previous projects that I made. Have a great day!

Finally Finished

My colleague asked me to make her a necklace using a certain kind and color beads that I thought would be easy to find but I was mistaken. This fringe miyuki bead mix took me forever to get my hands on! I can't believe it!

I like to go to a "mom and pop" bead shop instead of big giant craft stores. Well, my friend over at the little mom and pop store was patiently waiting for the order to come in, including the beads I want to buy from him. It seems like he kept rescheduling the date the order comes in. I understand how things can be in the mail, therefore, I patiently waited. It took me two Wednesdays after I looked for it somewhere else.

When I finally had my hands on these little darlings, I did not waste time - I made the necklace with care, pride, and such joy as I always do with my other creations. I am happy that it look really nice when I finished the piece.

I used sterling silver for the closure.

The appreciation I've got from my colleague when I gave her her order was just a pleasure to see. The thought of knowing that someone will use what I've made for special or even casual occasion and take care of it - is just encouraging. For my colleague, I thank you for doing business with me.
